Plas-Y-Dderwen is a purpose built care home in the peaceful village of Johnstown near Carmarthen. We provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of support, from respite care to 24-hournursing care and residential care, in addition to those living with physical disabilities.

Dementia Care

We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.
