Nestled in the peaceful village of Skewen in Neath, South Wales, Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn is a purpose-built care home with 40 beds, offering residential care and residential memory care, for those living with dementia.

Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn offers the choice of three sitting rooms and a dining area in which Residents can relax and socialise. A hairdressing salon is also on hand for the Residents’ convenience and enjoyment. Another favourite spot is the pretty courtyard, which is looked after by some of our Residents, which creates the perfect setting to relax and watch the wildlife or enjoy a cup of tea and friends and family. The bright, comfortable bedrooms are all easily accessible by wheelchair.

The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is carefully designed to support each Resident’s mind, body and soul.
