Our organisation is going from strength to strength but the personal touch is never lost. This is achieved through having a local office and a local management team close to you, meaning all of our services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community

We have a wealth of expertise to draw from because the Directors of Calon Lan Community Care Ltd come from an experienced care background and have worked from the bottom to the top. This experience stems from the early 1990's when home care was still in its infancy and includes working for; local authorities, charities and the private sector in both residential and domiciliary care.

The needs and aspirations of the individual are at the centre of everything we do and this approach has earned us a quality reputation with the regulators and communities we support.

Our service is registered with and inspected by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).  Our team members are all registered with the Social Care Wales.
