Live-In Care

Dementia Care

Being diagnosed with dementia doesn’t mean you have to lose control of your life or your independence. Our carers are specially trained in assisting clients through all stages of dementia.

Domestic Assistance

Available fora minimum of two weeks, an experienced and fully trained live-in Support Worker will be on hand to continue the routines and lifestyle of the person being cared for.

Domiciliary care

Often referred to as home care, is largely for people who require a little support with day-to-day living be they elderly, disabled or even younger and in need of some help. This visiting service provides trained carers to clients who make regular visits, providing personal care, domestic assistance and companionship. At Abacare, we offer hourly home and live-in care services across Central and North Wales in the privacy of a client’s own home.
